Bay Area Bred Athletics (B.A.B.)
A family-owned program focusing on developing and assisting our young athletes to reach their fullest potential on and off the field. We work with athletes from the age of 5 to professionals.

Develop and Enhance Motor Skills and Coordination:
Engaging in various physical activities enhances motor skills, coordination, and balance. These skills are essential for everyday activities, sports participation, and physical competence.
We offer a Head-to-Toe approach. (Confidence and Self-Esteem )
Success in physical activities contributes positively to a child’s self-perception. Through our supportive and encouraging training environment, we build our young athletes up to be their best version.
Social Skills and Teamwork:
Team sports and group activities foster social skills, teamwork, and cooperation. The B.A.B. training program provides opportunities for children to interact with their peers, develop communication skills, learn the importance of teamwork, and compete.

mom-ME-Time
Jones-Inn Fitness also offers a mom-ME-Time fitness class with an inspiring group of women. Mom-ME Time is a fitness program specifically created for women’s needs and goals. It is a fun and judgment-free atmosphere where we can invest in ourselves and support one another.
